PERFORMANCE AND EXECUTIVE REMUNERATION OUTCOMES IN FY25 6.1 Overview of Company performance over the past five years The Company aims to align its executive remuneration to its strategic and business objectives and the creation of shareholder wealth. Following the assessment of these KPIs, the Board approved an STI outcome between 80 - 92.5% for the KMP’s. The following table outlines the achievement against set KPIs.
