Mr Bramwell is a metallurgist, mineral economist and experienced company director with extensive project and corporate development expertise across precious and base metal companies spanning nearly three decades. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Extractive Metallurgy, a Graduate Diploma in Business, a Master of Science in Mineral Economics and is a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (GAICD).

Mr Heng is a qualified Chartered Accountant and experienced finance and commercial professional with over 25 years of experience in the mining, logistics and services industries in a variety of Senior Finance and Commercial Leadership roles. He joins Westgold Resources Limited from fellow ASX gold miner Resolute Mining Limited where he held the position of General Manager Finance.

Mr Wilding is a Mining Engineer (BEng Honours (Mining Engineering)) with over 17 years of experience in the industry. He has been with Westgold Group since 2013 in management positions at Trident, Paddy's Flat and Big Bell, GM for Cue Gold Operations, Group Projects Manager and GM Projects & Sustainability. Prior to this, Mr Wilding has worked throughout WA and NSW, gaining experience in a large variety of mining methods for Underground and Open Pit mining.

Ms Park is a governance professional with over 25 years’ experience in the corporate finance industry and extensive experience in Company Secretary and Non-Executive Director roles in ASX, AIM and TSX listed companies. Ms Park holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Western Australia, is a Member of the Australian Institute of Chartered Accountants, a Fellow of the Financial Services Institute of Australasia, a Graduate Member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and a Graduate Member of the Governance Institute of Australia. She is currently Company Secretary of several ASX listed companies.

Mr Pilbeam has a Post-Graduate Diploma in Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) and is completing a Masters of EHS from Edith Cowan University. He is a highly experienced EHS and People executive with a passion for ensuring business objectives are achieved. He has extensive experience in delivering business management systems and learning and development programs, accident investigation and implementation within industrial environments across various industries.

Mr Rigby is a Geologist (BSc (Hons), MAIG) with more than 30 years of experience in mineral exploration, business development and executive leadership within both major and junior companies. He has worked in precious and base metals and strategic minerals throughout Australasia, Africa, Europe and the Americas.

Ms Wren has a Graduate Diploma HRM from Deakin University. She is an experienced human resources manager with a demonstrated history of working in the mining and metals industry, including experience in recruiting, human resources, workforce planning, renumeration and performance management.

Ms Gotjamanos holds a Bachelor of Laws and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Western Australia. She is a highly skilled, commercially astute lawyer with more than 22 years’ experience as a legal practitioner. Prior to joining Westgold Resources Limited, Ms Gotjamanos held a number of senior legal roles advising public and private companies across the mining, resources, construction, engineering and defence industries.
