Rover Gold Project

Project Overview

The Rover Project is a postulated undercover repetition of the prolific Tennant Creek goldfield located 80km to the north-east. The project area is proximal to a major infrastructure corridor adjacent to Central Australian Railway, gas pipeline and Stuart Highway.

The Rover suite of assets was demergered from Westgold Resources in December 2019 via an in-specie distribution to Westgold shareholders. Under the terms of the demerger, Shareholders as of 28th November 2019 received 1 new share in Castile Resources Ltd for every 4 Westgold shares held.

Admittance to trading on the ASX is expected in February 2020.
